General Notary Fees:

$15 per signature plus a travel/service fee which varies depending upon location, time, how many documents to be notarized, time of appointment and how much notice received.*

A service fee (equal to 1/2 the quoted fee) is still due and payable if notarization/signing does not take place when notary arrives, or if cancelled 30 minutes or less prior to scheduled appointment.

*Additional fees may apply for short-notice/rush appointments, after-hours (6:01pm-8:59am), wait time, etc.

Jail and Prison Notary and Marriage Services:

**Inmate Notary Public and marriage ceremony/ minister services are provided at most California Jails, Prisons, Detention Centers, Courthouses, and attorney offices, including Pitchess Detention Center (Wayside Honor Ranch), North County Correctional Facility (NCCF), North and South Facilities in Castaic.  Click Here for more information.

Methods of Payment:
We accept cash, check or credit card for payment of notary fees.  Payment is due no later than upon completion of notary services.

Real Estate Loan Document Signing Services: 

Loan signing services include, but are not limited to:

Notarization of documents

Obtaining all signatures required

Acquiring any additional information from signer as required by lender/escrow 

Completion of loan signing in a timely manner, at a convenient location for signer

Pick-up and delivery if necessary

Notaries are insured, bonded, DOJ and FBI background screened and have extensive knowledge and experience with assisting nationwide lenders, banks, title and escrow companies in the process of mortgage loan closings. We go the extra mile to ensure that all mortgage loan documents in the real estate transaction have been properly signed, initialed, dated, notarized and returned in a timely fashion.
